ABOUT ME
I am a graduate from CSU Chico with a BS in Health Science and a concentration in Health Services Administration. This competency-based curriculum meets the requirements for an entry level health services administration position. My program focused on communication, management, health care delivery, laws that affect health care, governance structure in health care organizations, roles in the health organization, networking, coordinating and so much more.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
I have recently completed a 300 hour internship with Enloe Hospital in the Patient Financial Services Department. There I learned many valuable skills to assist me as I embark on my career in the health field. I learned many valuable skills I can use as a Medical Coder as well as how the department was organized. Everyone there has their own role and purpose designed to meet the needs of physicians, Enloe Hospital, and the patients. Together they accomplish many functions in keeping Enloe operating financially.
